Jessica has more than 24 years of industry and consulting experience for energy and utilities organizations, including start-ups and established companies. Her primary areas of expertise are grant strategy and fund development, strategic planning, organizational design, program administration, and project management.
Background
Prior to Momentum, Jessica worked as a management consultant both independently and as part of larger consulting firms, where she helped lead teams of energy consultants. She conducted multiple projects for diverse clients including energy market operators, regional planning organizations, public and private utilities, electric car and marine technology start-ups, and engineering consulting companies. She also worked as a developer of utility-scale solar and wind projects. She is a skilled leader, strategist and problem-solver and enjoys managing internal teams and working with clients to define business strategies and goals, develop plans to implement, identify funding and partnership opportunities, and collaborate with client teams to deliver on strategic initiatives. She has extensive experience working with a wide variety of public agencies, including the Department of Energy, California Energy Commission and the California Air Resources Board. In her free time, Jessica enjoys travel, reading, and spending time with her husband and son.
