Kendra is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in manufacturing operations, workforce management, and non-profit education. She has been successful leading large people and process change initiatives, as well as highly technical manufacturing projects, by adapting proven methodologies to each unique client and strategic goal. Above all, Kendra is most passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and environmental stewardship. She greatly enjoys working with clients and change-makers to deploy projects and policies that positively impact our communities.
Background
Prior to joining Momentum, Kendra served as a Senior Project Manager at Tesla’s Gigafactory Nevada, leading site-wide People and Operations projects and supporting senior leaders on strategic transformation efforts. She also spent time as a Technical Project Manager in the R&D group at Hamilton Robotics, a global biotechnology manufacturer, leading engineering teams through custom builds and projects. Kendra has provided crucial support and guidance in schedule management, cost controls, and risk mitigation strategies across various technical departments and project types.
