Background
Tyler spent nearly 20 years working in the grocery retail sector in various service and support roles. Prior to joining Momentum, he served as a Senior Manager of HR at The Save Mart Companies where he oversaw a team of HR Business Partners and Generalists that delivered human resources services to more than 4,000 employees. He also served for eight years as the Head of Training and Development at Nugget Market, Inc. where he was responsible for the design, development, and delivery of all training initiatives across the enterprise.
