SCAQMD Goods Movement Emission Reduction Program – Trucks (Class 5, 6, 7, and 8). Total funding is $30,000,000 with maximum awards of $10K-$200K. SCAQMD is seeking applications for the replacement of heavy-duty diesel truck projects, including the available funding for electric charging stations, hydrogen fueling units, and truck stop electrification infrastructure.

BAAQMD Goods Movement Emission Reduction Program – Trucks (Class 5, 6, 7, and 8). Total funding is $20,000,000 with maximum awards of $10K-$200K. The Air District administers the Goods Movement Program for the Bay Area and is currently accepting Goods Movement Program truck project applications for projects to replace or repower existing commercial diesel-fueled trucks with new alternative-fueled equipment, install charging and fueling infrastructure, or install truck-stop electrification with grant funding.

Recycled Fiber, Plastic, and Glass Grant Program (FY 2019-20). Total funding is $10,460,830 with maximum awards of $250K-$3M. The purpose of this competitive grant program is to lower overall greenhouse gas emissions by expanding existing capacity or establishing new facilities in California that use California-generated postconsumer recycled fiber (old corrugated cardboard, paper board, or textiles), plastic, or glass to manufacture products.

Zero-Emission Drayage Truck and Infrastructure Pilot Project. Total funding is $44,100,000 with maximum awards of $100K-$24M. This solicitation uses funds to support large-scale deployments of on-road, zero-emission Class 8 drayage and regional haul trucks as well as the necessary zero-emission vehicle fueling infrastructure needed for service operation.

Off-Road Zero/Near-Zero Emission Goods Movement at Inland Ports Freight Facilities. Total funding is $6,000,000 with maximum awards of $3M. To reduce air pollutant emissions generated at Inland Empire freight facilities, the MSRC Clean Transportation Funding™ Program is seeking to partner with owners and/or operators of warehouses, distribution centers, logistics facilities, and intermodal hubs located in Riverside or San Bernardino county to implement air pollution reduction strategies that reduce emissions generated during shipping container movement and bulk material processing.

To reduce air pollutant emissions generated by heavy-duty diesel trucks that transport goods to the “Inland Ports”, the MSRC Clean Transportation Funding™ Program is seeking to partner with trucking fleet owners to begin their transition to zero or near-zero emission goods movement.

The OTT seeks to support the formation and development of regional clusters supporting entrepreneurs and startups by funding innovation-accelerating organizations that demonstrate the ability to advance energy and related technologies in collaboration with and with the support of state, regional, and/or local entities.
